**HR Enthusiast, Recruitment Pro, L&D Expert**. At STRV, L&D is not about scheduling external training for our team — it is about building a vision and strategy across the entire organization. You'll handle Learning Plans, Succession, JDs and matrices, yearly plans, and unexpected challenges, combined with hands-on collaboration with several technical teams across engineering as their People Partner and recruiter.

## How You Fit In:
We’re seeking a passionate HR Pro to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this role, you will be the key link between employees, managers and STRV's strategic vision, playing a crucial part in L&D Strategy, recruitment, employee engagement and long-term growth initiatives.

This is an excellent role for someone who has been in the People Partner / HR Business Partner role before, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to drive both people and business success. You’ll bring your personnel administration expertise to support the operational and strategic aspects of our People Operations team.

## At STRV, Your Role Will Be to:
- **People Partnering:** Collaborate with managers and team members to create a motivating and supportive work environment. This includes onboarding, offboarding, growth planning and addressing performance with care and professionalism.
- **Specialized Expertise in L&D:** Bring your expertise and own the L&D strategy together with our CPO. Manage our L&D Delivery team, and become part of the planning with C-level members.
- **Talent Acquisition:** Navigate the recruitment lifecycle for your designated departments, from creating job requisitions to candidate offers, ensuring we attract and select top talent aligned with STRV’s strategic goals and culture.
- **Champion STRV’s Culture**: Actively promote and embody STRV’s principles, working to maintain high levels of employee engagement and ensure a positive, values-driven workplace.

## We Expect You to Have:
- Hands-on experience with creating and implementing learning strategies and consulting on growth and development topics
- Experience with recruitment (technical roles in IT environment is a big plus)
- Big picture thinking – the ability to align people strategies with business objectives
- Experience with various AI tools and eagerness to try new ones
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, ideally in a technological company
- Fluent English
- Available to start in September or October
