## Here’s the Deal

- You’ll define and drive STRV’s EU growth strategy alongside our CEO and CRO.  
- You’ll lead our EU Sales team (AE, AM, BDR), focused on long-term value over short-term wins.  
- You’ll act as a senior advisor to clients — translating product goals into smart roadmaps, and helping shape their digital future.  
- You’ll represent STRV’s consulting strength — pairing strategic thinking with execution, and connecting clients to our best-in-class design and engineering teams.  
- You’ll mentor your team, co-create development plans, and build a culture of learning and impact.  
- You’ll work cross-continentally with the US team, helping sync strategy and culture across time zones and teams.  
- You’re not chasing leads. You’re shaping strategic engagements, strengthening client partnerships, and building a team that knows how to think and deliver.

## How You Fit In

- 10+ years in consulting, digital product strategy or custom tech development — with experience leading teams and growing accounts  
- Proven track record of building high-performing client services orgs, ideally across regions  
- Strategic operator who can craft long-term plans, align cross-functional teams, and scale both partnerships and business impact  
- Strong understanding of how custom software gets built — and how to scope, price, and position it with confidence  
- Clear communicator who can navigate complexity and build trust at all levels  
- A coaching mindset — you care about growing people, not just accounts  
- Based in Prague with the ability to travel across Europe as needed

## Compensation

- Fixed base salary  
- Quarterly bonus based on target achievement
