At STRV, Your Role Will Be to:

As a Junior/Mid-Level Engineer

• Join our backend team and focus on one project at a time.

• Handle the entire backend lifecycle — from designing architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to implementation and deployment.

• Collaborate with other departments such as Design, Frontend, Mobile, QA, and Product Management to deliver top-notch results.

As a Senior Engineer

• Everything above, plus:

• Advise other engineers on best practices and provide guidance when needed.

• Help define the future direction and evolution of backend at STRV.

We Expect You to Have:

• Experience in backend development, preferably with a background in Go (or other relevant technologies/languages)

• Experience developing RESTful or GraphQL services

• Experience with at least one relational and/or one NoSQL database

• Strong English communication skills — this is required, as you’ll be communicating directly with our US-based clients

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker and at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP)

• Experience with other backend languages is a plus, though not required — especially TypeScript (Node.js), Python, or C#
