  • You’ll collaborate with a team of passionate individuals across our Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.

You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for partnerships, an eye for innovation and a knack for collaboration. You excel at spotting opportunities, building trust and ensuring partnerships deliver real, long-term value. You know how to align partnership strategies with business objectives to amplify success.

With extensive experience in partnerships, a strong industry network and deep market knowledge, you can navigate the landscape effortlessly — creating collaborations that matter.

At STRV, Your Role Will Be To:

  • Identify, evaluate and engage with top technology companies to build strategic partnerships

  • Collaborate with partners to align on shared objectives and develop unified roadmaps

  • Drive joint innovation by leveraging each partner’s strengths to create impactful solutions

  • Enhance STRV’s offerings by exploring integrations with partner technologies

  • Expand market reach by tapping into partners’ networks and embedding within their sales cycles

  • Work closely with STRV’s sales team to uncover opportunities where partnerships add value

  • Track and report on partnership performance — adapting strategies as needed

We Expect You to Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing or developing strategic partnerships

  • A proven ability to identify and nurture mutually beneficial relationships

  • A strong understanding of mobile and custom app development

  • A collaborative mindset with great organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM and partnership enablement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Crossbeam)

  • An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to succeed and build lasting connections

Compensation:

  • Fixed base salary 

  • Quarterly bonus based on target achievement
