You’re a data-driven marketing specialist who knows how to leverage CRM, automation, and analytics to create campaigns that deliver results. Tracking key metrics, fine-tuning strategies, and driving impact comes naturally to you. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, learning from every test and scaling what works. With strong communication skills, you enjoy collaborating across teams to build meaningful connections and fuel growth.

At STRV, Your Role Will Be 

• Manage and optimize CRM processes to improve lead tracking, segmentation and automation for personalized outreach.

• Analyze and interpret marketing data to drive strategic decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Conduct market research to refine audience targeting and enhance engagement strategies.

• Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, continuously testing and iterating for maximum impact.

• Implement and refine marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve conversion rates.

We Expect You to Have

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret insights and optimize campaigns.

• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, trends and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
