You’re a results-driven marketing leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for building impactful campaigns. Skilled in CRM, automation and analytics, you know how to leverage data to optimize performance and drive growth. A strong communicator and collaborator, you inspire teams to deliver engaging experiences that move the needle.

At STRV, Your Role Will Be to

• Define and execute STRV’s marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and drive sustainable growth.

• Lead a high-performing marketing team, mentoring and empowering individuals to specialize in key areas.

• Own the PR and media strategy, managing relationships, reputation and paid media campaigns to amplify STRV’s presence and support business goals.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing tactics and uncover new opportunities.

• Collaborate closely across departments, ensuring alignment with sales, partnerships and product teams.

• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, applying best practices in content marketing and performance marketing.

We Expect You to Have

• Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership, preferably in tech or digital product industries.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.

• A data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns and drive results.

• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.

• A collaborative and cross-functional approach, aligning marketing efforts with technical and business teams.

• The ability to work independently, managing multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
