Office Coordinator (part-time)

If you’re a friendly and overall nice and chill person who can take care of our Brno IT gang – we want you! We’re looking for someone to join the family and help us take care of our brand. This is a flexible part-time job so it’ll work well with student schedules too :-)

Things you’ll be in charge of: 

Office Management

  • Taking care of the office, equipment and ad-hoc practical issues
  • Overseeing the delivery of office supplies
  • Making sure the cleaning service does its job

Community Management

  • Be the Happiness Manager :-)
  • Making sure our staff has the best conditions to do their job efficiently

Event Management

  • Organizing team-buildings and fun activities for our teams
  • Cooperating with our event manager to help organize STRV social events (the more creative and amusing, the better!)

Refreshment

  • Taking care of daily refreshments and sweet treats

What we expect

  • Part-time contract 50% –  your schedule is quite flexible
  • You won’t mind working occasional evenings (many of our events are held in the evenings)
  • You’re fluent in English AND Czech
  • You’re an excellent planner and organizer – managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings is a piece of cake for you.
  • You’re capable of finding innovative ways to solve problems; you’re always looking for small improvements to make things more efficient around the office and make people happier.
