About the role
Your team will consist of receptionists, tech support, back-office support and external vendors. Your responsibility covers:
- Reception and hospitality
- Office (equipment, furniture, cleaning, repairs and fixes).
- Chill out areas (bar, terrace, gym).
- IT equipment (ordering, repairs, upgrades and exchanges of personal devices).
- Manage business trips.
- Support of company events and community management.
The challenge for you is to run it in a way that’s cost-efficient and quick, while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Obsessed with details.

- Experienced in leading a team of people.
- Experienced with office management or something similar.
- Fluent in English and Czech.
