Here's the dealWe’re looking for a revenue-focused Partnerships Manager to scale our partner ecosystem. It’s a strategic role centered on turning relationships with technology, channel and marketing partners into a repeatable pipeline.

You’ll act as the bridge between STRV and our partners, embedding us into their sales motions and working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to turn every partnership into a long-term revenue driver.

What You’ll Own

  • Primary

    • Drive Revenue & Pipeline: Identify and onboard partners that drive qualified, partner-led deal flow; you’ll set the stage and create the opportunity, then strategically hand off to our Sales team to bring the deal home.

    • Lead Strategic Alignment: Work with the Sales team to spot where partnerships can accelerate active opportunities.

    • Position STRV: Embed our team within partner offerings and GTM motions to amplify our reach.

  • Secondary

    • Own Partner Relationships: Act as the business lead for key technology, cloud and platform providers, coordinating with internal technology sponsors to keep partnerships active.

    • Scale Operations: Improve our partnership framework, defining clear modes of cooperation and tracking performance via HubSpot and other tools.

What We Expect

You have strong business development instincts and you know how to build trust with senior stakeholders. You understand how digital products and SaaS solutions fit together, and you have the discipline to track what matters. You’re someone who evaluates partners critically — knowing when to lean in and when to say no — prioritizing revenue impact above all else.

  • Proven Experience: A track record of building revenue-driving channel sales or technology partnerships.

  • Strategic Evaluation: The ability to assess partner compatibility and align them with our revenue goals.

  • Technical Insight: A solid understanding of software development, SaaS ecosystems and how various solutions integrate.

  • Communication: Clear, confident communication with the ability to align shared objectives among external stakeholders.

  • Operational Discipline: Proficiency in managing documentation, pipeline data and performance metrics.

  • Internal Influence: A natural ability to build trust across Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to champion the value of partnerships and ensure internal buy-in.

What Success Looks Like

We believe in rewarding impact. This role features a competitive compensation plan consisting of a fixed base salary and a performance-based bonus structure tied to clear, revenue-driven KPIs:

  • Pipeline Generation: Growth of both partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, measured against annual target.

  • Revenue Impact: Successful conversion of deals closed (by our Sales team) through active partner collaboration. 

  • Ecosystem Health: The quality, longevity, and strategic value of the partnerships you cultivate.

  • Operational Excellence: The clarity and effectiveness of the STRV partnership framework as it scales internally and externally.
