We’re seeking a passionate HR Pro to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this role, you will be the key link between employees, managers and STRV's strategic vision, playing a crucial part in recruitment, employee engagement and long-term growth initiatives. This is an opportunity to transition into People Partnering, where you can contribute directly to the culture and success of the organization.
This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to drive both people and business success. You’ll bring your personnel administration expertise to support the operational and strategic aspects of our People Operations team.
People Partnering: Collaborate with managers and team members to create a motivating and supportive work environment. This includes onboarding, offboarding, growth planning and addressing performance with care and professionalism.
Specialized Expertise in Personnel Administration: Bring your expertise and oversee the administrative side of People Operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing contracts and processing any employment-related documentation efficiently and accurately.
Talent Acquisition: Navigate the recruitment lifecycle for designated departments, from creating job requisitions to candidate offers, ensuring we attract and select top talent aligned with STRV’s strategic goals and culture.
Champion STRV’s Culture: Actively promote and embody STRV’s principles, working to maintain high levels of employee engagement and ensure a positive, values-driven workplace.
Knowledge of the ins and outs of labor law and experience with consulting managers on the matter in various situations (2 - 3 years)
Experience with recruitment (technical roles in IT environment is a big plus)
Big picture thinking – the ability to align people strategies with business objectives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, ideally in a technological company
Fluent English
