This role is all about relationship-building and account growth — you’ll be the main point of contact for key clients across the EMEA region, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with STRV’s experts in Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver the best service and identify expansion opportunities.
This is a hands-on role with regular in-person travel to clients. (Think Germany, Italy, UK, Spain)
You’ll own the post-sale relationship and be instrumental in supporting project execution from the account side by identifying upscaling opportunities and driving growth.
You’ll become a master of STRV’s offering and sales process, and your efforts will directly influence our ability to scale.

Own the client relationship post-sale, acting as the key point of contact across all communications
Deepen client engagement by understanding business goals and tailoring solutions that deliver long-term value
Travel regularly to build real connections with clients and ensure a hands-on, personal experience
Manage all aspects of account health — project extensions, upsells, proactive follow-ups, strategic alignment, etc.
Track and maintain accurate CRM records and ensure HubSpot reflects real-time deal and account status
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to craft effective messaging, proposals and content that support account growth
Use a consultative approach to guide discussions, negotiate budgets and recognize upselling opportunities
Proven experience in account management, sales or client success — must be within the tech industry, ideally from a digital agency or consulting background (Cloud or AI services are nice-to-haves)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor narratives to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with clarity and confidence
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage sales pipelines and track activity
Business acumen with an understanding of various industries, business models and pricing strategies
A passion for digital product development and a desire to expand your knowledge across disciplines
Proactive, self-motivated approach and a collaborative mindset — you know when to lead and when to loop in others
Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings (often!)
Fixed base salary
